The atmosphere in Houston was rather unusual on the 21st as it was very
transparent and steady also. The temperature was cool, in the low 50's F.
Lots of complex features are visible at this CM.

Eyepiece Projection @ f/68 w/10mm plossel, projected 70mm, aprox.
.23 arc seconds per pixel.
 Image data:
2 BLUE + IR rejection, .6 seconds, Edmunds filters
1 GREEN + IR rejection, .6 seconds, Edmunds filters
2 RED + IR rejection, .6 seconds, Edmunds filters
4 IR bloocker only .3 seconds, Edmunds IR Blocker
The sky was very transparent, 9/10. The seeing was very good to
excellent 8/10 with only light dew. The wind was calm.
