12" (30.5cm) Meade SCT @ f/29.1. ST-5c camera.
SBIG RGB Filter set.

Total Exposure Times:

Integrated Light (no IR rejection.): 16 x 0.15 secs
Red Light (800-1200nm): 6 x 0.40 secs
Green Light (+ IR Rejection.): 4 x 0.40 secs
Blue Light (+ IR Rejection.): 10 x 0.45 secs.

Seeing Initially fair/good (4-7.) but deteriorated as cumulus from N approached.
Transparency initally excellent (5.5mag) but clouded up from N.
Wind Nw (5mph.) No dew.

Jupiter's Equatorial Diameter= 41.8"
Altitude= 60 degs.
Hi all,

Here is another image, this one from March 2nd, showing Oval BA, now just past the GRS. Seeing was less good than on the 1st. Its
p. border is quite dark.
The STrZ oval still looks quite prominent.
