Ed Grafton (14 inch f/11 Celestron SCT, ST6 CCD medium resolution mode)
Hi Saturn Observers
Another Storm was seen on Saturn on December 22nd 2002. This storm appears
to be a bit larger or has better contrast than previously observed storms
and is located in the south temperate latitudes. It looks to be at aprox. a
System 3 longitude of 330 degrees. The sky was clear with fog latter, the
transparency was good 7/10, and seeing was good, 7/10 with no wind. Heavy
dew was present. The weather was cool with the temperatures in the about 60F
around local midnight. N

Hi all
The small spot in the STrZ recently imaged by HST,
and more recently on Dec 18th by ICyen at ~L3=130
seems to have disappeared.
Best Wishes
Damian
