Seeing fair to poor (4-6, Pickering). Transparency variable, 0-5m
with frequent high cirrus.  Wind ESE 1-9 kts. No dew. Altitude = 27 degrees.

 The rain stopped long enough here in sunny Florida fro me to get a few UV
shots on 17 July. Images and explanatory text are attached.
