Seeing was quite good.
Watching by the naked eye for a while, many fine
patterns have been in sight.

Steady air, good seeing; note the incredible widening and triple nature of
the SEB through most longitudes in this image; very turbulent in s. edge SEB
pr. the CM (234 deg. II). NEBn barges B-6 and B-1 are well shown and it
appears that the distended nature of the NEBn may be due to the convergence
of these two features. Note the very large and bright NTrZ/NEBn oval
approaching the CM and fol. barge B1. SSTB is showing intensification and a
fairly dark segment centered here near the CM.

Hi friends,
Attached please find the Jupiter taken on Jan 11, 2003 at 16:14UT and 17:24UT.
As Hong Kong is affected by monsoon the seeing was quite bad and luckily still
could caught some steady moment.
It is very interesting that NTB is almost disappear (much less contrasty than
before).

Kind Regards,
[Eric Ng, Tai Po site Hong Kong]
