Ralf Vandebergh(250mm Newton:ATK-2C)
Not so good seeing as the day before, but still usable to capture some detail, again nice color
differences within the belts and zones.

This is the very first time I have a good seeing since...uhm...I do not remember, sorry.
Nonetheless, a light jet stream was still there but lower than 6 hours ago when I did start my session.

This does not yet represent the top I can have with my equipment, but now I can finally have a more exact idea of.

Christophe Pellier (C14 ; ATK-1HS)
Hi all, finally here are some images taken under good/very good conditions
to finally test the mewlon a bit. I'm quite pleased with the results even if
the color image could have been better. The chrominance is obtained with the
RGB Astronomik filters and I find the colors to be excellent.
The difference in IR/R+IR : note the contrast of the belts is better in
near-IR as the filter offers a better penetration of the atmosphere.
The UV image is the best I have obtained, the optical quality of the
telescope and the open tube (no correcting plate) were important to be
successful in those very short wavelenghts !
Best wishes
