Christopher Go (Celestron C8:Toucam webcam)
After days of cloud and rain, I finally got some break in the clouds. The rain helped make the 5/5 Transparency and a strong easterly wind made seeing around 8/10.
Lots of detials in Jupiter! Note the huge rift on the NEB!! The EB is also very busy with festoons! Note the small round STrB oval to the left of the GRS.

A sequence of three images under poor to fair conditions, GRS and associated areas; also
attention is drawn to continued considerable activity within the NEBs and NEZ

I enclose my first Jupiter shot for this year. Finally got a new computer for the observatory so can be "digital" again. Seeing was average for Phoenix on a hot evening. Glad to be back!

Here are some images from June 19.taken in near infrared. The seeing was poor unfortunately.

A processing of the best frames from June 19, (a fair moment between the mostly poor moments)
shows again nice dark structures within the NPR-NNNTeB-NNTeB region.
An IRGB shot with I-band at 685nm.Resolution 0.15´´/pixel with the 10 inch Newton and ATK-1HS.
color and high contrast versions are attached.

Attached is the color image from June 19,taken in poor seeing but exellent transparance.
