Olivier Meeckers (C14 350mm SC: ATK-1HS)
Last night the seeing was not too bad and I took this opportunity to shoot Saturn. The outside air temperature was quite cold and the wind calm. At midnight local time the seeing was getting bad because of a high frequency turbulence.
You will notice the apparition of a black spot along the equatorial belt.

This was my first opertunity to observe after a long period of cloudy weather. The first 2 days after the break
the seeing was unacceptable, the 3th day, moderate with some good moments. Here is the observation of
feb 6th.I took totally 62 avi's,and a few of it where good enough to show moderate detail.
The seeing was various, poor moments, moderate and good moments.Maximal 7 pickering.

Ieri sera le buone condizioni di seeing mi hanno permesso di riprendere questo saturno, dopo tanto tempo di digiuno!
Solo un po' di vento ha disturbato le riprese, a video si alternavano momenti buoni a momenti pessimi.
Saluti a tutti!

Christophe Pellier (C14 ; ATK-1HS)
Hi all, a few images under very good seeing. Some spots are detected, one dark in IR, one bright in R. If you take a closer look at the R images, you may seen two very faint white spots near -45° also.
Data for the color image has been originally taken with a powermate 4x (F/46) but this proves to be too much for Saturn and contrast is quite decreased, as you can see in the comparison with F/40 in red light, so it has been shrinked 92 %

Damian Peach (235mm Celestron SCT:ATK-1HS camera)
Here are some images obtained in fair seeing on the 6th. An image set showing RGB, R and G, and a pictorial presenation of the colour image. The red polar colar has become rather darker i think in recent weeks.
Two more sessions from the 7th and 8th will follow later.

but there is no UV for Saturn. The
hi-res mono shot of Saturn is my best since starting down this
digital road 15 years ago. I used the med resolution RGB frame to
make a LRGB shot.
