Haven't managed to see the GRS this year so was great to get
A clear night and steady seeing, especially in the 2nd image (05:45UT).

82A Filter used on the 05:45UT image.

久しぶりに mid-SEB outbreak を観測することが出来ました。
白斑の位置をはっきりするため、少しきつめの処理を行ってみました。

A cyclone past to the east of Perth a few days ago leaving a very clear night in it's wake. I managed to catch Io passing in front of Jupiter with some detail visible on the moon. Io shadow's was nearing the terminator causing the elongated effort relative to the view from Earth.

A series of images showing the progress of the GRS and also Europa (to S f) and Callisto (to N p)Seeing was good.
The different colour-cast of the 04:38 image is because in this case I tried combining R,G and B exposures of 100s each, instead of using my usual R(synth. G)B method. As it shows good detail,I may do this again. But I think the magenta-ish colouration of the NEB and SEB may be related to the fact that the G filter I used is not IR -blocked,which ideally it should be,hence a leakage of dark IR information into the G channel causing too much of green's complimentary colour, magenta.
The dark S border to the GRS is striking in all images.
