This is a set of Jupiter-observations from April 5,taken in good seeing for the low altitude(21 degrees).
The to red turned oval BA is present (popular name currently red spot junior).
Note also the small red oval within the SPR,see also animation.




From my Jupiter session 2006/04/06 is here an N-IR-RB result (with IR670-1000nm component as lum)
There are different interesting things visible,like the NPR-strucutures and structured color differences within the SEB
buth especially a spotted structure of the STeB-SSTeB region.

Attached is another image of my April 6 session and an animation with 13 minutes time difference.
The image taken on 02:02 presents a very nice view of red oval BA.


To my surprise, antother avi,later in the April 6 session was usable,just before seeing started to deteriorate and Jupiter's altitude decreased.

The images show quite well the reddening of oval BA. It's very dark in blue light.
