I am very depressed for not being able to capture a photo of Venus at inferior conjunction. The minimum elongation was favourable, especially for the Northern Hemisphere. Unfortunately, the weather and seeing was terrible.
In this photo the crescent appears thicker than it really was, because of the poor seeing conditions. Some extension of the cusps is shown.
