(reported by 8 observers)

In observation of Kazemoto, SPC looks faint. It seems that the contrast of the
whole Mars image is becoming little by little good. Signs that the North
Poler hood spreads out quite greatly are observed. Damina Peach has
obtained the image which attracts attention. The dark part is recorded
into the North Poler hood. This shows that hood is light around a pole.
Although the record to which the whole hood is white was most, this of
old observation is new knowledge. It will become a hint of the North
Poler Cap generation. (reported by 8 observers)

Dear Christophe,dear Minami san,dear Richard,to all,
Here is the last document done this morning 16th 00H25UT,seeing conditions were average to good, but disturbed by clouds at the end. Performed before dew deposition.
This concerns the features from CM 65°-70°.
Some comments are given in the attached files.
Remain yours and will respond to your kind comments if any.

Here are some images from Sep 16th in very good seeing at times. Olympus Mons looks remarkable, and i saw it visually on this morning. Ascraeus,Pavonis and Arsia Mons are also very prominent. Interesting changes to Mare Sirenum from 2005. The NPH shows some nice structure, and on none of my sessions this week did i detect any clouds over the Tharsis volcanoes.

This set of images demonstrates the slight difference between results using an
(IR)(SG)B technique and the proper "true" colour RGB technique.

The top line contains two IR and synthesised green images, separated by 12 minutes.

The bottom line is the RGB result from an intermediate time. All images share
the same blue component.

There is actually little difference in the sharpness of results of the two
methods but the yellow-green spectrum is not correctly rendered in the synth. G
images.

The Olympus and Tharsis volanoes stand out, plus another spot in the Araxes
area, near the CM to the S, which is not a volcano.

Damian commented on this date that he had not imaged any clouds over the
volcanoes in recent weeks. Neither have I.
