解説（安達）
南極の中心は雲がないようだ。阿久津氏(セブ)の観測でその様子が良く分かる。
日本からの様子は、前日までと大きな変化はないようだ。Donald C Parkerの画
像では、シルチス（Syrtis Major；295W,+10）のあたりには東西方向に雲のバン
ドが形成され、あたかも氷晶雲のような姿に見える。北極冠の周囲はＩＲで暗く
記録されている。(reported by 6 observers)
It seems that the antarctic center does not have clouds. The situation is
well known by observation of T.Akutsu(Ceb). It seems that there is no
change with a as big situation from Japan as the previous day. By the
image of Donald C Parker, the band of clouds is formed in the hit of
Syrtis Major (295W,+10) in the direction of east and west, and it is
visible to a figure just like water ice cloud. The circumference of NPC
is darkly recorded by IR image. (reported by 6 observers)

The orographic cloud is prominent over Elysium. Blue Syrtis cloud remains visible.
