Seeing was favourable at time of imaging, but was deteriorating
later in the evening due to upcomming wind.
10inch Newton/f4.8/ATK-2C/1/500sec/hand-guided:
started at ALT 50° up to 89´>(MAUS-CAT_sh)-turning to EAST to >60(CAT-MAUS_sh)
departure in EARTH shad:38°).

 2008/09/26 ATV Jules Verne observation
On Sept 26, I captured a nice pass of the ATV (=Automated Transfer Vehicle)
named Jules Verne, only a few days before it will 'land'.This European
Carco Craft docked several months to the ISS and undocked a few weeks ago.
I really felt the already lower orbit in my hands while tracking it.It moved
considerably faster then the ISS.When tracking manually, every difference in
speed(=altitude)is remarkably good noticable.Although it was no easy
session, the elongated shape of the spacecraft is visible well.
-Imaging data: 10in Newton/f/4.8/ATK-2C/1/500s/hand-guided:
started@ appr.60 W up to appr.80°(mouse-cat-and shot/cat-mouse-and shot//no regular
pattern was found due to hard speed overhead)turn E:mouse-cat and shot/cat-mouse
and shot)down to appr 60°.

Hi--I present you my best image to date.I shot it on Sept 25
during a 89 ELEV overfly.Especially nicely visible is the new
Progress M-65 with one of its solar panels at the aft port of the Zvezda
module(see marked image)This is the same place were the
European cargo craft ATV Jules Verne was docked several months.

Observation of the ISS Quest Airlock, the place were Astronauts leave the spacestation
for a spacewalk. This is an enlargement of the best frame in an earlier image.
This schematic picture can also give answer to a question which is asked my many times:
could we see astronauts in theory:

SS-Quest Airlock observation(labeled)

Labeled version of the Joint Airlock(Quest)with the wider Equipment Bay
and the Crew Compartment. As this Crew Lock is around only 2 metres wide,
it's a good chance to see what is 2 metres in the image, see labels.

Though note that due to shading effects not the entire width is visible, making it
appearing a little more elongated. Thus, the marked 2 metres is a minimal
marked distance(actually its wider in the image).

The Crew Lock is the part which is depressurised to a vacuum so that
the spacewalkers can exit the Hatch. The wider Equipment Lock is used
for the preparations(like putting on the Spacesuits)
