subject:2008/11/04_ISS observations.
  This is a recent image taken in poor seeing on Nov 4.The
  only oppertunity I got to take images in this window due to the clouds.
  The seeing disabled capturing small detail but it shows nicely 
  one of the goals of the upcomming STS-126 mission:The solar panels on 
  the Starboard side are clearly not tracking the sun like the other 
  solar panels on the port side,but they are faced to Earth.During a 
  pass overhead the camera sees exactly its plane.One of the activities 
  of the STS-126 mission is the repair of the Solar Alpha Rotary Joint 
  were problems are found since the STS-120 mission.

  Note also a nice shadow on the Starboard panels!

--After strong new selection of frames from my Nov 4 session 
I found some much sharper frames,I combined the best which all contained
sharper and less sharper areas due to the turbulent air during the session.
Now we see clearly the robotic arm again on the trusses and a better view
on the working area of one of the comming EVA's of STS-126(EVA 2):
The SARJ(Solar Alpha Rotary Joint)at the Starboard side.As I mentioned earlier 
we see nicely that the Starboard panels at the moment not tracking the sun 
but is faced to Earth.They have stopped its working until the problems
are fixed.(Imaging:10inch Newtonian by manually tracking)
