Poor seeing & average atmosphere
information: telescope Celestron 11" Schmidt Cassegrain Focal lenght 2800 mm,focal ratio 10,
camera SKYnyx mono+2XBarlow+6 cm filter Wheel f30,15fps.

A long night imaging Saturn last night. I wanted to catch the transits of Rhea,Mimas and Dione,
but in the end the seeing became poor (after good seeing earlier) and Saturn got a bit low for the
Dione event which was late at about 02:30UT on 23rd (and I got too tired!)
Started early in a blue sky,and got Rhea and its shadow here:
Then caught the storm below the rings in this image with no transits at the time:
Then took this red image in an attempt to see Mimas transit. It should be just below the rings,
near the right hand side of the globe,but I can't see it:
Packed in at 02:00UT,quite pleased overall.

Comments: Very good seeing and stability. Rhea's shadow visible over the disk of the planet.
