雲が多く、通り雨を気にしながらの撮像でした。
GRSが左から見え、内部にはコアが見える。 GRS前方のSEBはホント淡いがやや複雑。

After some good seeing on Saturn last night it was a bit disappointing to find the conditions had dropped a long way by the time Jupiter rolled into view this morning... but some interesting things can be seen here - the bright rift in the NEB,and also Ganymede as it comes out from behind Jupiter.
The SEB region is interesting as always, now you can see a difference between the SEB-N and SEB-S,with the SEB-S still very white and the SEB-N containing some irregular blue cloud, very thin. The central SEB is still yellow.

We still had some easterlies / southerlies as the High pressure system slowly moved to North of Tassie.
Seeing was average (2.5 out of 5 on the Peach Scale),but it was nice to see the strong outline of Ganymede on the computer screen.
It was nice and cold again,-4.5 degree ambient and -4.3 for the primary mirror.
For Tuesday morning,Skippy Weather predicts some nice "seeing" and favourable lack of "cloud cover" along with hopefully some northerly laminar flows of Bass strait as the High moves out into the ocean.
