seeing was poor. Nevertheless the SEB outbreak is visible

Here is an observation of Jupiter I made last night using the University of
Leicester's 20" Cass.  Seeing was only average but the SEB disturbance was
plainly obvious and seemed to be surrounded by some darker material which was a
grayish colour.

As usual the NEB was turbulent with a number of festoons present in the EZ.
