Uranus Image 2010/08/20(UT)

Stanislas Maksymowicz (200mm )
here is my observation from Ecquevilly for Uranus with average good images,
worst at the end of the time.
This is performed with the 200mm cassegrain and this is surprising to
capture features, no band but brigthness area (set edge and polar regio as
shown).
After 50 minutes of time (18 degre of planet rotation), the clear patch on
the equator seems to fade in dimension.
The darkening effect of the planet edge is evident to capture.
Regarding the sky conditions (transparency and seeing), I adress a
confidence ratio of 1/3 (average low) for the observation pertinence. After
23H00UT the seeing conditions were unacceptable.
Observation to be renewed.
