Christopher Go (Celestron C11)
The sky was overcast early this evening. I thought the situation was hopeless but the sky cleared up around 10:30pm. After taking a few images, clouds started rolling in again only to clear after half an hour. Seeing was excellent with perfect transparency.
The NED is still very prominent. Note the dark and white ovals lining up south of the NED outbreak area. A bright belt has formed north of the NED. The SEB is very dark red and wide. The ring is still very bright. The north polar area is very dark.
