I was imaging Jupiter in some rather poor seeing at sunset this evening and just processed the data to find a rather unusual dark spot in the northern hemisphere. 
I don’t want to sound the alarms,but would appreciate any data taken of the region that shows what the dark spot might be.
As can be seen in the image,the image is dark in all channels. I’m out to image Mars in what looks to be fair seeing,so I’ll prepare an RGB image in the morning.
I wanted to get this out in case anyone else is able to get a shot at this region on the next rotation.
