Alas conditions were not good so the attached drawing should probably be taken with a cart loads worth of Salt!?
Although the sky was bright,we had hazy cloud and at sunset the seeing was poor.? No point in even attempting filter work. I made an estimate of the phase at 62%,but this is probably suspect as well!?
Illuminated Disk: Disk features subtle and hard to define, and I was badly hampered by the poor seeing.? If I was pressed I would probably say that the features and their configurations were similar to that presented on the evening of Friday 25th February.? Quite infuriating, one has a glimpse of occasional brighter regions and dark streaks, but nothing really definite.
Unilluminated Disk: Not seen,no sign of the Ashen Light- nor would I expect to see it in these conditions!
Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete.
Terminator: Geometrically regular, dark terminator shading present.
Cusp Caps: Both cusp caps present, but I was of the impression that the south cusp cap was larger and the north cusp cap brighter.?
Both cusp cap collars present but neither were particularly striking.

Seeing: 6-7/10 Tansp. 8/10 RGB: Astrolumina / IR-Pass from Baader /
Schuler UV / RGB-Combination of IR-Pass,G and B and IR,UV/IR mix as G and UV.
Images from a very nice Venus afternoon which finally brought moments of some
good seeing, unexpectedly as well. Image sharpness improved especially in UV. My
best images yet in UV,and this still wasn't a near to perfect seeing,so there
will be more to come.
