Almost missed it: but suddenly realised that Jupiter was attainable above the fence.
Some initial excitement (impact-wise!) when I spotted the dark 'indentation' in the south limb.
I had not realised that Callisto's shadow was again starting to cast on the disk after a long absence.
The satellite was a way off and not readily apparent in the lighter sky - and initially some of the aperture obscured by the fence.
WinJUPOS confirmed my 'impact scar' was indeed it's shadow - tho' shows it more on the disk than I made it.

Very good seeing this morning but not trasparency too,I needed to wait a good
elevation of the planet to shot it well, but it was just that I hoped for allow
me to use 317x magnification and capture the shadow of Callisto that after 3
years come back visible again! Certainly it's the first apparition and it's
clearly visible like a dark nick on the south pole (up). In the eyepiece
Jupiter was seem a biscuit with a small bite! Unfortunately it was daylight in
my site and I would not wait more, otherwise it could be more visible attaining
the center. However I have been lucky to capture the event in the moment of the
greatest elevation before sunrise,I hope to see other pictures on ALPO Jupiter
section. Note Callisto as a faint spot almost 40" left of Jupiter and Io on the
right. The good seeing allow me to record lots of details on the surface for a
single shot.
Jupiter was 33.2" diameter,-1.8 mag.,Elong. 35° and phase 99.7%(breathness
well visible on the right of the disk).
