Hello, here is a set from last night. At last Jupiter is back in early midnight hours....
Average conditions but quite detailed CH4 image that cost of course a lot of processing.
Among the common methane bright features there is slightly bright feature at the South Tropical Zone associated with a SEBs bay (visual image)

Pleased find a drawing of Jupiter I made on the grounds of the Issac Newton Telescope on 22nd November 2013.
Although I made the colour drawing once I got home, it has taken me some time to make an electronic copy.

Anyhow, after observing ISON, the air was incredibly still and transparent.
The view of Jupiter was truly stunning- indeed I would go as far to say that I have never seen so much detail on the disk.
Even people who had a casual look commented on the detail in the SEB which presented a great deal of structure and subtle pastel colours.

Also on the disk was the shadow of Europa.
The initial drawing was made using a star diagonal, this has been corrected for in the attached drawing.
