Here is my contribution for Venus performed last 04th with the 100mm
refractor under average to good images.
Nothing exceptional to report: caps here, brightenings near the terminator
(on the equator area, north temperate zone).
South at top.

Venus is still quite close to the Sun and at low altitude after sunset to obtain detailed images. The size of Venus is also a little more than 10 arcsec. I captured this set in broad daylight when Venus and the Sun were high in the sky. Some interesting details are visible.
It is pretty rare to see Venus images as a whole disk.

Attached is a daylight drawing of Venus. Seeing was largely poor throughout but there seemed to be a couple of interesting features on the disk:
Illuminated Disk: It seemed that there was a dark greyish streak present in the south. Near the centre of the disk a bright region seemed to be present
Unilluminated Disk: Not visible.
Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete
Terminator: Geometrically regular.
Cusp Regions: The southern polar cap seemed to be a little brighter. Both cusp collars present but the southern cusp collar was perhaps more conspicuous.
1648UT: Examined Venus with a W#21 filter, interestingly the markings seemed much harder to see, while the southern cap was notably brighter.
