Happy New Year!! This is my first image this year and a few hours before Jupiter Opposition!
Seeing was unstable and I had to stop because of clouds.

The GRS is very prominent rising on the left. Note the chaotic area preceding the GRS.
Note the bluish feature interacting with the reddish outflow that seems to be emanating from the GRS pushing it's way to the STrZ.

The NEB is very active with rift activity. The Red Oval Z still retains its faint reddish coloration.
ROZ is very bright in CH4! Much brighter than the NNTZ LRS!

The NTB looks very active!
Note the White Anticyclonic Oval seem to be squashed as it approaches the cyclonic feature just south of it!
Note the complex wake of this interaction. The NNTZ LRS is very prominent.
Note the deep red barge just south of this red oval.

Lucky to get a clear night. Was able to capture the early part of the Ganymede transit although seeing was deteriorating.

Suffering through normal winter bad seeing.
When this happens the smaller apertures work better,at least the result is more pleasing.
Here is a night on Jupiter where we have a GRS transit then a Ganymede and shadow transit.
Please note that Ganymeded is resolved with this little Questar!
