I had a crazy evening. I finally figured out how to make the Flexi Dew Shield of my C14 stay put!
But while trying to install it,I somehow hit my Bob's knobs and to my horror, collimation was now way off!
I had to spend almost an hour recollimating my OTA. Dew was still a problem but the dew shield really helped!
Seeing was excellent. After imaging,I spent some time doing a visual observation on the M82 supernova which is still very bright!

Io shadow is moving out of Jupiter. The SEB is very dark in this area preceding the GRS.

Jupiter's new red spot the Red Spot Z is still very pale in color.
But this spot has become very bright in Methane band even brighter than the NNTZ LRS.
The NEB is very active with a lot of outbreaks. The NTB has some complex activity.

The NNTZ LRS is still red while the deep red feature to it's south has broken up.

A large body of cloud will be moving through over the next few days,
the leading edge of it hit last night as I was beginning my imaging.
Got 1 742nm IR data set through a hole before it filled right in.
Have Io + shadow transit with some reasonable detail for the conditions.

A brief calm interlude in the never ending winter storms.
More images to follow from this session, but this one is probably the best.

Here is a movie of the transit of Europa from February 2-3rd.
Alas the seeing did not allow the whole event to captured in sharp detail or indeed a complete rotation,
but i guess its better than nothing!
