Mars on the 05 January 2014 at 03h37 UT Diameter 7.1", altitude 26° Photographer: Peter Rosen, Stockholm-Sweden. I used an OrionOptics CT-10, 254mm f/4.8 Newton with a 2,5x Televue Powermate and a TIS DBK-41 camera. The image to the upper left is a screen capture from StarryNightPro for comparaison and shows the region of Syrtis Major. I don't show the Blue chanel as it was not well defined. I have used approximately 2.000 frames in the stack.[Peter Rosen:Stockholm:Sweden]
