The telescope was a Celestron 8 ( 200mm),with a 2.8X barlow. The camera was the ASI 120MM monochrome. With RGB Astronomik filters.
The date 2014/04/18 and the time 21h 11m UT.
The seeing was very bad, with the planet jumping all time.

I am transmitting you my last observations about
- Mars last 18th with the 100mm refractor and the cassegrain 254mm.
Images just average annoying the good vision of small features.
Brightenings at limbs,Hellas prominent and hazzy, may be a hood around the
cap at the 254mm.

Finally some reasonable (well, reasonablish!) seeing arrived in Leicester and I was able to make some drawings of Mars. Although we're past opposition and closest approach, visually the planet looks much larger and brighter than it did in the previous opposition.
Drawing 1 was made in IL. Syrtis Major is close to the proc. limb,it's most northern part contained a bluish hue. In the south Hellas was brilliant and white in colour- no doubt the basin is filled with white clouds. Sinus Sabeus streaked across the disk and showed some interesting darker sections. Acidalium visible on the fol. limb and was a notable bluish grey colour. Bright region on the fol. limb in Chryse I took to be more clouds. The NPC is now very small and surrounded by a somewhat irregular Lowell Band
Drawing 2 (W#80A),a very similar view to drawing 1,but the W#80A emphasizes the white cloud activity much more.

S up N down p left and f right for the sketch.
Hellas appears bright, pretending to be "south polar cap" at the first glimpse.

Here are some Mars images from April 18th. Skies were mostly cloudy and this was the only image possible. Luckily seeing was very good (though the B image was affected by clouds.) Again plenty of clouds visible across the disk.
