Please find attached an observation of Uranus made on 14th November. Seeing conditions were average, and there was some haze present in the sky.
However, I was able to examine the disk at x312. It seemed that the northern hemisphere is still slightly brighter, to the south of this was a darker belt (a north equatorial belt?) and to the south of that a brighter zone. There was no sign of any bright clouds, but I would not expect to see them with this sized telescope.
