Venus 2014/07/11 at 07:43 - 07:45 - 07:48 UT. 200 mm S.C. f/10 317x+zoom 10x single shots without filters and yellow filter. Good transp., not seeing too. South is up. Planet was 11.6" diameter, mag. -3.8. El. 27.7° W. Phase 87.9%. >From today the declination of Venus overpass that of the Sun. So from the Earth in the next weeks will see the planet progressively lightened on the pole, alike and reply of the days around the 10 january of this year. In these days of inferior conjunction was easy and wonderful to see a tin phase bigger than 60", but now with a small diameter around 10" and an advanced phase will be very difficult to catch the same detail.
