解説（安達） 日本国内初観測は、愛知県の尾崎さんだったが、日本国内の気流条件は非常に悪く、火星 を円盤像に撮ることも大変だ。北極冠は、9月上旬に比べると若干小さくなってきた。 The nation's first observation in Japan was Ozaki of Aichi, but the Seeig condition in Japan is very bad, and it is serious to take Mars in a disk image.
