Here is a white light .jpg image of Venus and an 'enhanced' white light .gif of our sister planet. Both were recorded (2015/6/6,23:31:11 UT) using my Meade 14" LX200 GPS/UHTC scope. The camera was a ZWO ASI120MC,these images were processed using AS!2 & RegiStax v6.One minute .avi,1500 frame stack. Seeing and Transparency: 6/10,Altitude: 54 degrees.
Here is an (enhanced) high resolution color image of Venus recorded at 23:30:40 UT. Captured using my 14" LX200 GPS scope at f/24.7. Please download this image and then flip (left-right) to observe cloud details and colors.
WinJupos simulation to my June 6th, posting. THANK YOU!Comments: Here is an enlarged and enhanced color capture of Venus that shows several interesting cloud patterns and the twin vortices South Polar Hood with its northern edge reaching latitude -50 degrees. The southern half of this Venus composite is a WinJupos (mirror) simulation for the correct date and time, it almost looks like a water reflection.
