The seeing has just not allowed many opportunities this apparition to image Jupiter
but last night there were a precious few minutes when things calmed down and the image sharpened up. See attached FYI. The "little red spot' (Oval BA) is seen in the upper left portion of the planet. [Jim Phillips South Carolina,U.S.A.]

Just another night of terrible seeing, but in a brief steadier moment
I was able to capture a single 35 sec video with red filter,500 stacked frames.

Seeing was unstable at the start of the session but improved as Jupiter got higher..

Oval BA can be seen setting on the right. The SEBn and SEBs is very turbulent.
The NEB has some outbreaks and complex rift activity. [Christopher Go : Cebu Philippines]

Anthony Wesley (406mm Newton)
Hi all, here's are images of Jupiter from last night through an IR 685nm
longpass filter and methane absorption (CH4) filter. Low transparency
and clouds prevented any colour image from being taken.

Oval BA can be seen at lower right along with many smaller storms in
that area. In methane it shows as bright due to the presence of high
altitude clouds.

There are some interesting methane-dark and light regions along the
northern part of the equatorial zone, again indicating high and low
altitude clouds.
