解説（安達）
　今回の報告もClyde Foster氏の画像だった。前日のコメントで書いたように、
Syrtis Majorの北半分に雲の広がっている様子がわかる。Hellasは白く濃い
雲に覆われている様子がわかった。Serpentis付近はぼんやりしていて、いつも
の濃い姿を示していない。

　　This report was from Mr. Clyde Foster, too. The expanse of
 the cloud is seen in the northern half of Syrtis Major as wrote 
by comment of the day before. Hellas is covered white by a dark
 cloud. The neighborhood of Serpentis does not show a usual thick
 figure absent-mindedly.

Up early to see if I could get a bit better seeing conditions but unfortunately still mediocre conditions. Attached 2 image sets, with conditions deteriorating further towards dawn. Hellas is very prominent as well as some cloud over Syrtis Major.
