解説(安達)
 Christopher Go氏はSolis Lacus周辺が非常に暗い様子を記録した。また、Mare

Mr. Christopher Go recorded the state that around Solis Lacus was very
dark. In addition, it becomes dark, and around Mare Acirdarium is recorded,
too. Mr. Anthony Wesley recorded this state, too, and Mr. Ota was
recorded in Japan, too. In these gloomy parts, a design of the surface of
 the earth becomes indistinct.
This area seems to be wrapped in some kind of blackish veils.

Christopher Go (355mm SC)
The sky cleared up after being overcast call day.
Olympus Mons can be seen rising on the left. The Tharsis volcanoes are well resolved. Solis Lacus is on the lower right while Chryse is setting on the right. Note the shape of the clouds on the north pole.

The three Tharsis volcanoes can be seen rising on the left. Note the yellowish "cloud" from Mare Acidalium,Niliacus Lacus, over Chryse and Mare Erythraeum. Is this a dust cloud? Note the clouds over the north polar area and the south polar hood.
