解説（安達）
　Clyde Foster氏だけの報告だった。この画像にはSPCの一部が見え、白いスポットとなっ
て記録されている。北極付近の雲は、ターミネーター付近に淡いダストストームが見える。
  It was a report only for Mr. Clyde Foster. I see a part of SPC to this 
image and it becomes the white spot and is recorded. The cloud of the 
neighborhood of North Pole sees light dust storm near a terminator.

Somewhat improved conditions last night, after the recent poor spell. 
Attached is an image set generated from 3x 90s derotation in Winjupos. 
I note the brightish southern edge of Hellas, which is off-white compared with the SPC.
