When dust storm occurred,Mr. Jim Melka was reported in the east of Mare Hadriacum. I surely see it with red and the green image like that very brightly. However, there is not other observation, and the state is incomprehensible.

Jim Melka (450mm Newton)
Only large scale features discernible with a 'seeing' of 2/10
but good enough to recognize a dust cloud in Hellas and covering
Mare Hadriacum to the East. Please see attachment.
