In the night of 30/31 August the seeing was fair. Therefore, for the first time,
I have imaged Uranus at f/33 using the ASI224MC and ASI290MM cameras.
Note the distinct banding structure in the equatorial zone and the Southern hemisphere.
The Northern hemisphere is brighter than the Southern hemisphere.

Christophe Pellier (250mm Cassegrain)
Seeing was excellent that night. The brighter polar region is visible in the true color image.

Here are my results of planet Uranus recorded during my visit of the IAS observatory in Namibia this year.
Some detail is maybe just noise, especially the lines in the 00h05.8 UT picture on 31st.
But the brighter polar cap is easily discernible.
I used AS!2, Registax 6 and Winjupos 10.2.8 for the calculations.
Uranus is not easy to manage at all.
