Uranus planisphere for October 2016 by S.Maksmowicz
Here¬are the results defined for Uranus October 2016 evaluated with the 13 nights observation and 14 drawings performed mostly at the 305mm scope.

What was stunning was the certain constant location (relative anyway because of the diffuse contour)¬of the brightenings into the temperate zone, north, over all October.
The said temperate zone was bordered by thin darker boundaries each side.
The South side of the temperate zone exhibited 2 notches or interruptions, in relation, it seems, with brightening presence.
Something as a brightening was also present into the bright collar bordering the p¬le¬but captured only one time and at the planet limb.
This fact of constant location of features, may be explained by the lattitude of the features where the rotation speed is not quite different to the EZ rotation speed itself.
These are not spots or iced clouds probably¬standing in high layers of atmosphere but rather brightenings occured by H2/CH4 segregation ratio and standing ouside the atmosphere in the upper layers.
An hypothesis only indeed but reasonable to raise, but this north temperate zone seemed not exhibiting the same activty on previous monthes, August and September.
Difficult to comment more about, apart those data are relevant to the R channel only.
