Hi, Here is Venus captured on 2017/2/17 at 22:08 UT, using my Meade 14" LX200 GPS at f/38 and a ZWO ASI120MC color camera along with their high quality ADC. This image was recorded 80 minutes before sunset with 7/10 seeing conditions and at an altitude of 48.5 degrees.
