This is a pastel (white on black) made of Venus with my refractor 152/1200, the used magnification was 120x. To achieve this sketch I used white light (no filter) and a red filter #25A. The Venus cusp's limits si far more than 180° The observation was quite difficult very low and close to the sun with only 2.3% (disk illumination) but with a big 59" diameter.[Michel Deconinck : [Artignosc-sur-Verdon,France]]
