Please find attached an observation of Venus which I made this morning. Passing cloud was a bit of a nuisance, and seeing was rather poor. Nonetheless,in both IL and W#15 it seems that observed dichotomy has not yet occurred but will happen soon. Other points include:
Illuminated Disk: Some interesting shadings present on the disk. Dark terminator shading was observed, there were also two streaks visible, the one further to the north was the most prominent of the two.
Unilluminated Disk: Not visible.
Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete/
Terminator: Geometrically regular.
Cusp Caps: Both present although it seemed to me that the southern cusp was brighter than the north cusp.
Cusp Collars: Both present and again it seemed that the southern collar was more prominent.
