Comment by Makoto Adachi

Today, there was no observation of the projection over the SPC. The most noteworthy is the image of Mr. Kumamori. It was a report
from the expedition observation from Osaka to Okinawa. From the image it seems to me that the upper layer of the dust storm is waving.
Until now, such images were frequently seen and thought whether they were made by image processing, but it was clear what kind of
phenomenon was done with this image. Although the shadow of the north-south direction is emphasized only from the direction of the sun,
in reality there are other than the north-south direction. Connecting the part where the part of the north-south direction wrinkle is broken,
you can see the wave in a different direction. The north and south direction is predominant mainly, but the one in the east-west direction
also has a considerably long wave.
In this image, light spots appear on the south side of Mare Sirenum. It seems that it is a crater from the dark center.

one RGB and one through a 750nm longpass filter to try and see a little more through the dust.
Olympus Mons is visible at upper right, while the south polar cap at bottom is heavily obscured by dust.
In the colour image there is some bright cloud at lower left,it looks very blue.

Images were average good, not too bad considering the condiions.
Syrtis Major was appearing faint with unequal albedo.
Polar cap was bright, not white, ocre color without filter.
The limb and the Terminator appeared both rather bright with the W56 and RG435 filters
with some indentations as shown.
Stunning to see the competition between dust haze/ cloud/ storm
with the white haze/ clouds at the same time
