An open sky yesterday evening with the cassegrain 235mm helped me to produce the present report.
I waited the time just before the moisture deposition when the seeing was at its best in spite of the low elevation of the planet above horizon (26°).
Seeing was quoted on a bright star distant by 1° of arc, 1st diffraction ring was ondulating and broken mostly,
but good times of 1-3s were noted at 412x magnification. The banding pattern was appearing faintly with no filter use.
A bright ring was circling the ple, the ple seemed darker brordered by a darker ring,
at the opposite two darker bands were also noted. Please refer to the sketch given.
Between these two tropical bands half of the band seemed clearer. Please refer to the sketch given.
Indeed, the ple was clearer than these two tropical bands, but staying dark and bordered.
Under the present conditions, it was difficult to say more, perfect images 9-10/10 are needed for a step above relatively.
