here are two images of Venus from today in reasonable seeing, one using a 1000nm longpass filter (approx 1000nm - 1020nm) and the other through a UV filter that passes 325-375nm. The IR image shows an interesting bright feature near the centre which appears roughly circular but with a complex shape, and the UV image shows the brighter polar regions as well as some streaks of high altitude clouds.
