I have created a six image animation of Mercury showing the rotation. The dates are from July 25 to August 1, 2020.
Note that I have also added the last image which was taken on August 20, 2019 to fill in the gap.
The CM longitude range from 83 degrees to 126 degrees.
It is more eye-catching to follow the features such as the bright ray craters and some dark regions marching across the disk.
All images were taken in broad daylight at 70 degrees above the horizon.
Each image is carefully aligned, edited and processed the same way for the animation.
This is truly a first class amateur planetary work!
