In average seeing conditions, despite the planet is still too low at my latitude to get detailed images.

Hi all, here are two images of Jupiter from this morning in reasonably
good seeing showing the side that JUNO will traverse later today (from
top right to bottom left). The GRS is setting at lower right and Oval BA
has risen at lower left. Io and its shadow are in transit, the shadow is
blurred due to the nearly 20 minutes of data used to make the colour image.

The CH4 image was captured earlier and shows the GRS more clearly. Oval
BA is just rising at lower left.

とても酷いシーイングで、ちぎれ飛ぶ雲の隙間をぬっての撮影でした。経過中のイオの本体は、CH4画像では明瞭ですが、他の画像では判然としませんでした。

I had an early run with Jupiter. I was lucky because seeing was perfect when I started my run.
Unfortunately, seeing quicky deteriorated while I was capturing in methane band.

The Juno Spacecraft will have a close encounter (PJ26) with Jupiter later today.
This images show the region of the encounter 1 Jupiter rotation before Perijove!
A dark ring can be resolved inside Oval BA. The GRS can be seen setting on the right edge of the SEB. The SEB is very pale in this region.
The volcanic moon Io can be seen on the northern edge of the EZ at the CM. The South Polar Red Spot can also be seen close to the CM.

I was about to discard these images because seeing deteriorated when I took these. With some processing I was able to salvage it.
These are the same image one with lighter processing and the other with a little harder processing. Note the dark ring and the light orange color inside Oval BA. Will it turn red again?

There are a lot of interesting features that can be seen on the overprocessed image.
