A short break in the recent cloudy weather allowed this set from yesterday evening. From Shinji's graphs,
I estimated the head of the outbreak should be at approx L1 100,which would make it the leading light spot in the RGB,
but having been a bit sidetracked on a few other issues the last few days,
I would appreciate confirmation. There does not appear to be any significant bright feature in the CH4 at this longitude. Forecast is looking better for tonight,
so anticipating what could be a marathon session on Jupiter,Saturn and Mars, provided the seeing plays along.

Imaged Jupiter October 12th mostly in reasonable seeing.
Prominent in these data is the v-thin white linear remnant of the recent outbursts along the Northern edge of the NEB.
Two prominent dark features are resolved along the Southern edge of the NEB and the RGB highlights the extensive reddish colouring within the EZ.
The Northern edge of the SEB is quite turbulent and a small white oval is seen in the SSTrB.
