Comment by Makoto Adachi
 Thomas E. Williamson Albuquerque

Mr. Clyde Foster's image very well records the dust surrounding the SPC. The north side of it seems to be covered with dust veil of
about the same thickness. The SPC south of Argyre has become quite yellow and may be a precursor to the Edge Dust Storm. Although
no further observations have been reported, the Argile was brighter on July 10 and seems to have occurred during this period.
In the image of Mr. Thomas E. Williamson Albuquerque,a dust storm-like pattern of brightness can be seen in the south, but by examining
the position and shape,it is not a dust storm.

Slightly improved conditions this morning.
It’s nice to see at least the major albedo features are visible, including Valles Marineris,S Aurorae, parts of Nilokeras and S Lacus.
There is some indication of dust, particularly in the Argyre region, with possibly some dust impinging on to the SPC in that area.

I tried to process the image to closely match how Mars looked in the eyepiece.
